Over the last two decades, Lamcon has been involved with a wide spectrum of educational activities, of which the corporate sector has been the predominant focus. The academic sphere of Lamcon, in recent years, has extended to distance education and campus based education offering management programmes of various durations.

LSM has pioneered a unique, fulltime Student-Industry-Mentorship-Programme (S-I-M-P) leading to the award of a BBA certificate, especially for students who have passed their 12th standard. This programme, the first of its kind in Management Education is an attempt to fill the lacunae observed in conventional degree programmes or even the BBA/MBA programmes.

Many students find themselves ill equipped to create an exclusive niche for themselves in the industry. You will agree that this is because of limited exposure to and experience in the industry during their critical years of training as a student. Many of them also waste precious time during their graduation years. This programme is specifically targeted towards undergraduate students with the aim of channelling the energies and talent of these young minds, propelling them towards successful careers.

Methodology
The programme draws a fine balance between industry exposure and classroom teaching. Students will alternately undergo classroom teaching and Internship every 6-8 weeks and will be coached, mentored and evaluated on the basis of assignments, internship reports and through examinations. The three year full time programme aims to provide exposure to about 7-9 industries like food processing, pharma, IT, BPO's, media, service industries, manufacturing, banking and financial industry etc. Classroom teaching will comprise of extensive inputs on soft skills, presentation skills, public speaking, etiquette, stress management, report writing etc as well as foundation courses in Management.

This programme is designed to give young undergraduate students a competitive advantage of learning and wide exposure critical for an overall well-rounded personality.

Eligibility/Programme Duration/Award of Cetrificate
First year / Second year / Third year undergraduate students
Three years for students enrolling in the first year of graduation leading to the award of three year BBA Certificate/Two years for students in the second year leading to the award of a two year BBA certificate/ One year for students in the third year of their graduation leading to the award of a one year BBA certificate.

Admission Procedure
Admission is based on fulfilling the eligibility criteria and an interview conducted on campus.
