ONE YEAR PART-TIME DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (DHRM)

The one year Diploma in Human Resource Management is designed for individuals planning to pursue a career in the field of Human Resource Management.

Eligibility
Graduates from any recognised University
Engineering Diploma holders
Non-graduates having minimum two years' work experience

Course Structure
The course covers 10 subjects spread over two terms. Students will be evaluated in each subject, at the end of the respective term, on the basis of a written examination and an internal assessment based on quizzes, assignments/projects, attendance, class participation etc.

First Term
There will be five core subjects in the first term.

Second term will cover functional aspects of Human Resource Management.
