Students can obtain an application form from LSM on payment of
Rs 600/- by cash or DD drawn in favour of "Lamcon School of Management" payable at Pune. If you wish the application form to be delivered to you, kindly add Rs 150/- towards courier charges.

The application form along with processing fees of Rs 195/- should be submitted along with certified copies of the relevant documents, as may be applicable in each case.
